1. General
Avoxvision Ltd. ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect on the website and in the Service, why, who we share it with, and your rights. It is written in line with Israel's Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 and its regulations, and in the spirit of the EU GDPR.
2. What we collect
- On this marketing site: the site is static and currently sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics. If you submit the contact form, we collect what you provided (e.g., your email) solely to respond. [Update this section if analytics or pixels are added.]
- In the Service: account details (name, email, phone, billing), technical usage data (logs, IP address, browser type) and content you enter.
- Your customers' data: data you enter about your customers is processed for you only. You are the data controller; we process it as your processor under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
3. How we use data
- Providing, operating and improving the Service.
- Support, billing and accounting.
- Operational notices; marketing emails only with explicit consent, with unsubscribe in every message.
- Security, fraud prevention and legal compliance.
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with: cloud hosting providers; payment processors; communication providers (e.g., WhatsApp Business API); and authorities where legally required. Every vendor is bound by confidentiality and security obligations. Some vendors operate outside Israel/the EU; in such cases we ensure lawful transfer mechanisms.
5. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, backed up daily, with access limited on a need-to-know basis. Advanced plans add enforced 2FA, SSO and audit logs. A material security incident will be reported to affected users and regulators as required by law.
6. Retention & deletion
Data is retained while your account is active. After account closure you may export your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted or anonymized, except what we must retain by law (e.g., accounting records).
7. Your rights

8. Children
The Service is intended for business use and not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data about minors.
9. Cookies
This marketing site currently uses no tracking cookies. The Service itself uses essential cookies only, for login and security. If we add analytics or marketing cookies, we will update this policy and present an appropriate consent mechanism.
